Changing Name Server on GoDaddy

Please consider just transfering your domain to me. This way I can help you out with
this and make sure everything is correct.

You first need to go to Godaddy and login to your account.

Be sure you click on "My Account" if you are on the main page

In your account find "Manage domains" Under the "My Products" menu.

On the Manage Domains Page, click the box next to your domain and click "NameServers" in the menu bar above.

A box will open up at the top of the page. You will be presented with three radio buttons. Click the bottom one, "Custom Nameservers". You need to replace the nameservers in the boxes below this selection with the ones that are included in your welcome email.

Be sure to remove both the current name servers for Godaddy.

And replace the with these ns1.tfw-designs.com and ns2.tfw-designs.com, You only need to enter the two and click OK at the bottom right. Please refer to you welcome PDF you recieved when you sign up with us. There may be different nameservers than what is listed here. They may be NS1.TFWWEBSERVICES.COM and NS2.TFWWEBSERVICES.COM. This is very important that you get this correct, or your domain will go to the wrong server.

This will point your new domain to my server and then it will be forwarded to your space. This change will take up to 48 hours to propagate.

Also, if these instructions are not clear enough, Godaddy has a top notch help system. You might consider consulting that.
