The above pages, Privacy Notice, Conditions of Use & Discount Coupon are edited in what Zen calls "Define Pages". They are easily edited, either by text or with the included web editor "HTMLarea". Go to Admin->Tools->Define Pages. You will see 2 drop down boxes. The left one is the pages to edit. The right one lets you select what editor you want to use. The file names are pretty self explanatory, they should be easy to figure out.
