After you have set up your emails in cPanel you will need some info to setup your email client.

POP and SMTP address is:
mail.your_domain.com
POP User name
your_email@your_domain.com
And
The password you setup when you setup the email account in cPanel.
Or
You can access your new email at:
http://your_domain.com/webmail
And you will need.
Username: your_email@your_domain.com
Password: The one setup for you in cPanel.
