Help Desk - Submit a help request only if the above source doesn't answer your questions. As help requests are made, we will update the knowledge base. |

Email - It is getting to the point that we can not answer support requests via email. We are getting too many customers and we can't give proper support to you in this manner. Eventually, the email support will stop completely and you will be required to use the help desk. |

Phone Support - This will be offered in a case by case basis. If it becomes a nuisance, then it will be offered only by fee only. Please remember, I work full time and the hosting business is part time. Phone hours are 7pm pdt to 9pm pdt pacific time. I will repeat, phone support is only available IF the above options just don't work. |
